If you are unsure whether the proposed packaging is suitable, it is usually easier to resolve that question before collection than after a shipment has been rejected.

Connexus reviews the commodity, intended quantity, packaging and transport mode to help identify an appropriate way forward.

At a glance

For one commodity when its transport treatment or packing requirements are not yet clear.

You provide: A current SDS and any known details about the intended route, quantity, carrier or packaging.
Connexus provides: A human-led assessment of the commodity's transport treatment and packing approach for the intended movement.
Turnaround: Within 24 hours once payment and all required information are complete.

A separate order is required for every additional commodity.

Where the applicable transport requirements allow the commodity to move without full dangerous goods treatment, identifying that outcome may avoid unnecessary DG handling or reveal a simpler transport approach.
